arcane x RC³ Supper Club Series 

The menu costs £95 per person and will be five courses with five drinks pairings. The entire menu will be made from produce that is currently in season but cooked using a mixture of techniques to show off the product. Each course will come with a alcoholic drink pairing chosen to enhance each dish. Whilst your meal has been created by Michelin trained chefs the dining style will be casual so everyone can relax and enjoy the supper. 

The dining time is 1.5hrs and the dining room will be set up with large tables which will mix diners with others. We love to share food with people and think this is the best way to enjoy this concept.

On the night you will have an incredible team from RC3 cooking and serving you that include:

RC3 founder Ross Clarke (Ex Development Chef for The Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen and the creative consultant behind some of London's coolest dining brands such as Dirty Bones, Foleys, Senior ceviche, The Rum Kitchen)

Culinary Innovation Director Em Brightman (Ex Head Chef 1 Michelin Star Murano and Chef at 3 Michelin star Royal Hospital Road) 

Angus Hunter (Ran London Sales Nyetimber, Carte Blanche wines and currently Uncharted wines London) 

We will be offering a standard menu and a vegetarian menu on the night. We will accommodate the core allergens if notified when booking but due to the style of the experience we cannot adjust to intolerances.
